10 healthy habits for a great 2020
Drink lots of water.
Move your body daily. Walk, run, surf, yoga, gym— just get moving.
Spend time in nature.
Daily gratitude. Are things always perfect? No. But you have the choice to decide to see the world as a glass half empty or half full. We choose to see it half full. :) Give daily gratitude for your family, your friends, your health, your home, the sun on your face, etc.
Nourish your body with lots of healthy food. The more fresh fruits and veggies the better. Try to eat less processed foods.
Have balance in your life. We like to eat healthy most of the time because it makes our bodies and minds feel good, but sometimes your body needs some ice cream or a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie. Don’t deny yourself treats ocassionally that make your heart happy.
Get out and adventure. Don’t do the same thing every day and get into a boring routine. Get out and try something new!
Set goals for your month, 1 year, 5 years and check in every once in a while to make sure you are on track or if your goals need to change.
Be present. When you are with your loved ones get off the phone and pay attention. Enjoy the moment and be thankful for it.
Give someone a hug every day and tell them you love them.
